The Joseph Rock Sorbus Tree is an outstanding tree. Upright in growth with bright green leaflets turn the most beautiful shades of orange, copper, red and purple in autumn. White flowers in late spring are followed by large clusters of small yellow berries in late summer and autumn.
Fully hardy. Needs sun or semi-shade and fertile well-drained moist soil.

An immensely small pretty tree, upright in growth giving year round pleasure. Deciduous with white flowers in late spring and green leaflets turn to a glorious medley of orange, copper, red and purple in autumn. These tints provide the ideal setting for clusters of amber-yellow berries, gorgeous to behold. They tend to remain on the branches well after the leaves have fallen. Joseph Rock likes sun or partial shade with a fertile, moist well-drained soil. Vigorous and growing to approx height of 9m. Easy to grow and easy to care for with only minor pruning to cut out dead wood. Benefits from a spring weed, mulch and compost. Good for wildlife.
