A distinctive mop headed deciduous tree with gloriously extravagant shrimp-pink leaves maturing to yellow green.
A spreading ornamental tree which is smaller and slower growing than many other sycamores making it perfect for smaller gardens. It displays greenish yellow flowers in spring and winged red fruit in autumn.
Brilliantissimum is fully hardy, likes full sun or partial shade, and fertile, moist well-drained soil. Pruning is not needed but remove any dead or damaged branches in late autumn or winter when the tree is dormant.
