Sorbus Trees

Sorbus trees have wonderfully dense white flowers in spring, which are followed by either red, white, pink or yellow berries in autumn, which are popular with various bird species. Recent findings have actually found that certain birds like red wings actually map their migration back to the UK to coincide with berries coming to bloom. They are then crucial to the development of the next generation of Sorbus plants as they disperse the seeds during flight.
