Fruit & Nut Trees

Trees producing fruit and nuts are beautiful and rewarding to plant in our gardens, orchards and parks. From the grand Beeches, Oaks, Limes and Walnuts, the lovely Plums and Apples, to the lowly Hawthorns and Sloes, these trees form a part of our heritage and what would we do without their bounty. Our ancestors lived on them and to this day they contribute to our diet in all sorts of delicious ways.

Fruit and Nut trees give beauty in their blossom. Colourful fruit and nuts contribute to our food chain and provide wildlife with food and shelter. Together with the birds, bees and small animals they help the environment by spreading their pollen and seeds far and wide. There can be nothing more beautiful that a tree in flower or the pleasure of collecting walnuts to eat, sloes for our gin, apples for a pudding or plums for our jam.

Fruit and Nut trees are easy to grow and provide enormous satisfaction. Look at our list and remember if ordering how generous these trees are. So get planting and love and cherish them.
